African American League of Women Voices (AALWV) is a coalition of African American women leadership across professions, disciplines, industries, backgrounds and organizations. We are committed to unifying and lifting our voices through our vote to positively impact African American communities by promoting information on politics, increasing public awareness on political matters.
To galvanize African American women voices from all social classes, for deeper collaborative conversations to implement strategic action plans to effectively form, sharpen and wield our political voices and voting might to uplift and improve conditions in African American communities.
Our purpose is to improve conditions of African American communities in rural, urban and suburban environments through advocacy, promoting information on politics, increasing public awareness on political matters. Our objective is to demand action plans from elected, appointed and political candidates for tangible outcomes on issues impacting African American communities.
